Delivery time varies depending on location and shipping method. Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 10 business days.
Payment can be made via cash on delivery or bank card. For cash on delivery, an additional fee of 499 Ft may apply. For bank card payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption provided by our payment services provider Revolut or Paypal.
You can return the product within 14 days. To submit a warranty product complaint, return the product in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Complete and sign the complaint form, which you can find and download in the SYS Help Center.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (via mail or email). We will refund the purchase price no later than 30 days from the date we receive the withdrawal notice. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return.
Yes, after placing your order, you will receive a tracking number on your email to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.

The Buyer bears full responsibility for depreciation, damage and costs resulting from use that exceeds this.Â
Please send the goods as a regular domestic parcel at your own expense via MAGYAR POSTA to the following address: DEPO-CSLK Budapest, Fehérakác u. 3, 1097, for SYS Brand Kft.
Keep the delivery receipt! SYS BRAND is unable to accept cash-on-delivery packages.
Send the shipment by registered mail or by courier, keeping the delivery receipt!
If possible, the Buyer should return the product to SYS BRAND in the original packaging with the label, indicating the reason for the return, in order to speed up the return process.
