General Terms and Conditions SYS Brand
Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the use of online shopping services provided by SYS Brand Kft. (registered office: [Budapest, Gát u. 21. fsz.1, HU-1095], company registration number: 01-09-430538, tax number: HU32558454, contact email: info@sysbrand.eu, hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”). By using our online store, you (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “Buyer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Scope
These Terms and Conditions cover all electronic commercial services provided by SYS Brand within Hungary through our website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) at www.sysbrand.eu, as well as services advertised on our social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. These Terms and Conditions apply to all commercial transactions between the Service Provider and the Customer.
Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing and using the SYS Brand online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use our services.
Registration
SYS Brand accepts orders through the Website from both registered and guest customers. Registration requires the Customer to provide accurate and complete information as requested. During registration, the system will alert the Customer if any required information is missing. SYS Brand is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided during registration or ordering.
Ordering Process
Customers can place orders by adding products to their shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Orders can be placed without registration or after logging in. Upon placing an order, the Customer agrees to pay SYS Brand the total amount specified. Customers can modify their orders at any time before finalizing the purchase. Once the order is submitted, SYS Brand will send an automatic confirmation email within 48 hours. This email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee product availability.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are in HUF and include VAT. SYS Brand reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; however, the price at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order. We strive to ensure accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. SYS Brand is not obligated to fulfill orders based on incorrect pricing and reserves the right to cancel such orders.
Payment can be made via cash on delivery or bank card. For cash on delivery, an additional fee of 499 Ft may apply. For bank card payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption provided by our payment services provider Revolut or Paypal.

If you choose “Payment on Delivery” as your payment method, you can pay for your order directly to the courier when they deliver your package.
Shipping Information
SYS Brand offers several shipping options:
- Home Delivery by Magyar Posta Zrt.: Delivery within 2-14 days. Fee: 1.269 Ft.
- Delivery to parcel by Magyar Posta Zrt.: Delivery within 2-14 days. Fee: Fee: 1.269 Ft.
Customers will receive notifications about the expected delivery time. If delivery fails, the courier will attempt a second delivery at no extra cost. Customers can track their shipments using the tracking number provided.
Package collection: When the package arrives, please always check that the packaging is intact! Do not accept a damaged package from the courier or insist on recording the report! If the package is damaged and no damage report is attached, please do not accept the package. In the event of a missing package, send the report to info@sysbrand.eu, and SYS BRAND will replace the missing item. In order to validate any further complaints, please keep the receipt confirming the payment of the package. Home delivery deadline. Delivery time: 10-15 days; in case of high demand, there may be a shortage of some products, so SYS BRAND can only send the ordered goods in several packages. We will inform you of the shipping information for the missing products on the invoice enclosed in the package or by e-mail.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the Customer receives the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers must notify SYS Brand in writing (via mail or email). The company SYS Brand will refund the purchase price no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The costs incurred by the consumer upon withdrawal from the contract include the cost of returning the goods, the packaging and delivery cost charged by the provider, and the bank transaction fee incurred by the refund of the purchase price. The buyer loses the right to withdraw from the order due to a defect in the item if the item cannot be returned or cannot be returned in the condition in which it was received.
The Buyer is obliged to return or hand over the product to SYS BRAND without undue delay, but at the latest within 14 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal statement. The deadline is considered met if you send the product before the 14-day deadline.
Keep the delivery receipt! SYS BRAND is unable to accept cash-on-delivery packages.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods as a regular domestic parcel at your own expense via MAGYAR POSTA to the following address:
DEPO-CSLK Budapest, Fehérakác u. 3, 1097, for SYS Brand Kft.
If possible, the Buyer should return the product to SYS BRAND in the original packaging with the label, indicating the reason for the return, in order to speed up the return process. The returned goods must not be damaged or used, except for use necessary to determine the nature, properties, and operation of the product (such as: trying on, inspecting the product). The Buyer bears full responsibility for depreciation, damage and costs resulting from use that exceeds this.
Product Warranty
Warranty Claim Options
In the event of a defect in the product, such as leggings, bras, etc. the Buyer has the option to exercise either their accessory warranty right or product warranty claim. The Customer can request the repair or replacement of the defective product. A product is considered defective if it does not meet the quality standards in place at the time of market introduction or lacks the properties described by the manufacturer.
Warranty Period
The Customer can assert a product warranty claim within two years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. After this two-year period, the right to make a warranty claim is forfeited. Claims can be made only against the manufacturer or distributor of the product. The Buyer must prove the defect of the product to make a warranty claim.
Manufacturer or Distributor’s Exemption
The manufacturer or distributor (SYS BRAND) is exempt from the product warranty obligation if they can prove that:
- The product was not manufactured or marketed as part of their business activities, or
- According to the state of science and technology, the defect was not recognizable at the time of marketing, or
- The defect resulted from compliance with legislation or mandatory official regulations.
The manufacturer or distributor only needs to prove one reason for exemption.
Exclusion of Parallel Claims
The Buyer cannot assert an accessory warranty and product warranty claim, or a product warranty and guarantee claim at the same time for the same defect. However, if a product warranty claim is successfully enforced, the Buyer can make an accessory warranty claim for the replaced product or repaired part.
Warranty
The Service Provider does not assume statutory warranty liability for the leggings and bras sold in the online store.
Handling Warranty Claims
SYS BRAND handles warranty claims in compliance with the 19/2014. (IV.19.) NGM decree, which includes recording:
- The name and address of the consumer, and their consent to data processing,
- The name and purchase price of the product,
- The date the contract was performed by the company,
- The date the defect was reported,
- A description of the defect,
- The right the consumer wishes to assert based on their warranty or guarantee claim,
- The method of settlement or the reason for rejecting the claim.
If SYS BRAND fulfills its warranty obligation in a manner different from the Customer’s request, the reason must be stated in the protocol. The minutes will inform the Buyer about the option to initiate a conciliation procedure with the relevant conciliation board in case of a dispute.
If SYS BRAND cannot make an immediate decision on the Customer’s warranty or guarantee claim, they will inform the Customer of their position within five working days, including the reason for any rejection and the option to seek conciliation. Reporting a warranty claim does not qualify as a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act.
Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution
Customers can contact SYS Brand Customer Service with any complaints or warranty claims. Complaints can be submitted via email at info@sysbrand.eu or by mail to Gát u. 21. fsz.1, HU-1095. SYS Brand will respond to complaints within five working days. Customers also have the right to seek resolution through the relevant consumer protection authorities or conciliation bodies.
Intellectual Property
All content on the SYS Brand Website, including product descriptions, text, images, and graphics, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any content is prohibited.
Online dispute resolution
If you have a complaint about a product purchased online, you can initiate an out-of-court settlement of your dispute through the platform established by the European Commission. You can submit your complaint by filling out the form on the online dispute resolution platform. It is advisable to attach all documents supporting your complaint to the form.
Miscellaneous Provisions
SYS Brand reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
